Suffering Happens: Make Use Of It

A 69-year-old lady was killed fives miles away yesterday morning as she attempted to walk across Highway 101 near Sequim, Washington.

Many people have been killed elsewhere in the country this week
due to a guy with a gun.

As I write this, someone may be dying somewhere
due to incidence, negligence or malice.

Can incidence, negligence or malice ever be detected
in order to be stopped from happening?

but at what cost, and is the cost worth it?
